With the WeCare service package, you benefit from up to 36 months of warranty*, at no additional cost when purchasing your machine.

The advantages in the WeCare period are only provided by Wacker Neuson, if all following prerequisites are demostrably fullfilled:
- Regarding compact machines: Active EquipCare module since commissioning (if applicable)
- All instructions within the operating manual must be observed
- All maintenance and repair work must have been performed by Wacker Neuson branches or authorized distributors
- Use of origianl spare parts only for these works

* Valid for all compact machines and construction equipment purchased from a Wacker Neuson branch. Internal and external vibrators are excluded.
** The WeCare period is not extended with the machine's change of ownership.

Conditions for the WeCare period

The services provided by Wacker Neuson during the WeCare period depend on demonstrable compliance with the following criteria:
- Strict adherence to the correct work procedures is essential. Any deviation may result in exclusion from coverage.
- Valid on all machines purchased directly from Wacker Neuson B.V or participating dealers.
- All maintenance and repair work must be conducted by Wacker Neuson branches or authorised participating Wacker Neuson dealers.
- Only genuine spare parts may be uused fo repair activities.
- Light equipment with a purchase price below € 1.000,- is not covered.
- Internal vibrators and external vibrators are excluded from coverage.
- A change of does not extend the WeCare period.
- General wear parts and tear items are not covered under the warranty.
- The warranty is valid for 36 months or 3.000 operational hours, whichever comes first, with a maximum of 1.500 operational hours per year.
